About Us
We are a profit making organization (Rwanda Federation of Transport Cooperatives) formed on 4th November 2011, reinstating former association of communal transporters (ATRACO) which represented all transport operators and supported them in organization and advocacy. Rwanda Federation of Transport Cooperatives (RFTC), whose main mission is to provide leadership, strategic guidance and coordination of cooperative unions and primary cooperatives engaged in public transport activities.
On 31 st /Oct/ 2017, RFTC formed JALI Holdings Limited (JHL) as its
Investment Company to undertake all its commercial activities. We
invest in a wide range of sectors across the country mainly in

Transport
We provide immediate and long term solutions to transportation needs in Kigali City and the rest of Rwanda. We own 181 Coasters and 20 city Buses operating in 3 zones and 26 routes ; JTL also hires over 80 coasters from its partners across Rwanda.
Real Estate
We specialize in :
• Development of public parking facilities
• Management of Public Parking facilities
• Development and management of commercial buildings.
• Provision of Vehicles’ Garage Services.
Savings and Credits
We provide reliable and affordable financial solutions initially to Small and Medium Size Enterprises and local individuals. Our primary targeted clientele is mainly made up of members of transport cooperatives across Rwanda, drivers, motor vehicle operators, garages and spare parts shops, car wash bay businesses and individual transport operators but will also extend financial services to the rest of the public.
